I ran some killer sprints 2 days ago almost to the point of puking
Yesterday i ran out of breath to the most simplicity exercises that i have never lost my breathe before and today i lost my breath after 20 push ups
is this normal?

No, the sprints do not have anything to do with your shortness of breath today.

Your body recovers very fast and there is no after affect from the sprints that would have anything to do with your breath.

I'm not a doctor, but my friend is really hard core into track with me and she had those symptoms during practice and at home to...she had exercise-induced asthma.

I would check it out with your doctor
