I have a friend and she simply cannot run. Shes a lazy git + always sits out in p.e. lessons. She asks me to run with her in the relay but if I do the lesson would be over by the time she finishes one lap. HOW DO I TELL HER THAT HER RUNNING PACE IS A SNAIL'S WALKING PACE. frikkinfjdkfunsillymoomoo.

Just say you already have a partner

Or be honest, say I want to do really well and no offense if i run with you i won't. Not because you couldn't do well, because you don't try in class and i don't want to risk it. I don't want to sound rude

Or Just do it and be a nice friend

Running is not for everyone and it does not mean she is lazy by any means. I love to run, but that is just me. I have a lot of friends that simply cannot stand it!

Also, lets put this in perspective....It's freakin P.E.!!!! GYM!!!! Who cares! Do you honestly think you will fail gym because your relay partner is not fast?...lmao. Just be a good friend and cheer her on. Do the right thing...:)

It isnt necessary for you to be rude in order to let her know that you would like to run at your own speed, I am not saying that you are rude to begin with. You could suggest to run alone to see how fast YOU can go. As if to say that you want to know, for your own interest, how fast or slow you can go. In addition, you could mention that she is good at other athletic areas other than running. If she isnt good in sports period, then; you could remind her of other things in which she is good at, such as being a good and loyal friend, how funny she is and all the good advice she gives you. Just mention the things that make her your good friend rather than only mentioning how bad she might be at running.

She needs motivation, and inspiring.

Words of wisdom etc.

You need to find out what is making her tired. This could be the food she eats, or the home environment.

If you can do this, then you're good enough to be a successful leader.

omg really who cares...but as the former p.e. slow poke i would sit out as well but it doesnt mean i was lazy....i was more into reading and writing and that kinda stuff so i guess just keep your friendship outside of the gym...

You don't, because that's mean. She may not be as fit as you or may otherwise not be as well adapted to running.

take the log out of your own eye before telling someone else they have a grit in theirs.
