Question:
What would be good shoes for running in with fallen arches?

I have really bad fallen arches and I want to start doing running everyday, so I was wondering what type of shoes would be best to run in. Also, I do have insoles but I'd like some good shoes too. C; thanks.

my baby has these and the Asics Women's GEL-Kayano 15 Running Shoe. She has shin splints, after running for 2 months she never complains from pain. she would take 800 mil of motrin 2 times a day. She stopped having to take motrin.

The best thing to do is go to a running shoe store because all of the employees will be extremely knowledgeable and find you the correct shoe. There isn't any specific brand that makes shoes with good arch support. I know I have incredibly flat feet and I've had asics, saucony, and brooks all at different times. You just have to make sure that the shoe you buy is right for you.

You may need to get a specialty orthotic that goes in the shoe with a fallen arch and then put that in a normal pair of running shoes. Go to an orthopedist for more information.

Try getting comfy shoes and replace the insoles with something like superfeet© which are fitted to your arch to provide the proper amount of support, wen you need new shoes, you can just remove the insoles and put the in the new pair of shoes.

New Balance are good. I have bad arches too and I kill my knees trying to run with bad shoes.
