Cross nation is mostly a fall game. You don't ought to be 'quick' for move nation however you do want staying power. You run on guides (over hills, in grass, and many others) for three.one million miles. I ran move nation while I used to be in jr top and top institution and that i adored it. The most sensible 5 runners at the group depend in scoring (in a tie the following runner is counted additionally). Scoring is centered at the location the runners is available in. The lowest rating wins. Example if group A has runners are available in at areas four,five,7,nine, and 10 their rating is 35. If group B runners are available in at areas one million, two, three, eight, and eleven their rating is 25. Team B could win the meet. There are a few exceptional varieties of meets. Dual meets handiest have two groups competing. Tri meets have three groups. Quad meets have four groups. Invitational meets can have five or extra.

Well, it helps your cardio BIG TIME! It also gets you in a lot better shape.

and it's true, it builds muscle in your legs. and i find it does help with abs and upper body muscles. like when you're running up a steep hill, you use your abs to help you get up. And when i run, my arms are always moving back and forth and are up, so by the end of a practice, my arms are a little sore, so i think it does build some muscle in your arms. But if that isn't enough, there are always weights you can attack to your legs, torso (that would help abs), and arms to make it more of a workout!

hope i helped :)

Your endurance, shoulders and biceps, triceps a little, and your abs a little bit, and it boosts metabolism, that's pretty much it, but it's fun.
