When I needed to, I would run every other day, which was not bad but, will I injure myself if I start running 2 miles every day on a concrete sidewalk?

Hi. Depending on how long you have been running for, I would say go ahead a try it out. If you run 2 miles today, you should be able to determine whether or not you can run the next day and the day after.
If somebody was not used to running everday or did not run at all, I wouldn't advise it. But since you have been running for quite a while, increasing your distance by a mile and running 7 days a week instead of 3 or 4 days a week is a gradual advance, and I don't think injury is likely. As long as you stretch before you run, you should be fine.
Concrete is tolerable to run on. Gravel is better.
Any other questions, just message.

2 miles is not a very long distance. You are not going to require off days to have your body recover if you don't go over 2 miles any days.
Assuming you have some idea of running form and no pre-existing joint problems, you should not be at any significant risk from running on the concrete. Again, you really aren't going that far.
Good luck.

Everyone is different. A co-worker of mine has 20 years on me, and he's been running on roads since before I was born. I, on the other hand, get terrible joint pain running on the road more than once a week so I run at the local school track late in the evening or early in the morning.
Despite my experience, I think some people can do just fine on the road. If you've been experiencing pain, perhaps your body is telling you something.

reckoning on the element of the season i'm in (base vs racing) my mileage fluctuates. On undemanding I run 70 miles each week. I stay in Colorado, close to mountains and trails and so I do ALL of my working exterior. the sole time i might hit the treadmill is for the time of the iciness if there are countless inches of snow on the floor and that i ought to get in a hill exercising consultation or a pace run. Then I hop on the treadmill, crank it up and get in a sturdy run. in reality how I see it particularly is..My races ensue exterior, for this reason I prepare exterior. If I have been working a treadmill race..then i might do extra treadmill stuff. i will run in any climate different than ice and lightning. yet chilly, wind, rain and specifically circumstances snow...doesnt provide up me from heading exterior for a fifteen + miler. properly, because I artwork 9-5...I the two go until eventually now artwork and get in a sturdy hour or so, in any different case i choose for my run properly suited after. Your on a regular basis and weekly mileage will remember on your man or woman goals..extra is definetly not extra suited. in case you in basic terms prefer to lose 10lbs, then working 60 miles each week isnt necessary. notwithstanding in case you're education for a a million/2 marathon, then a minimum of 40-50 miles each week must be adequate..or perhaps particularly extra in case you're aggressive. attempt to get in a minimum of one long-term each week, one pace run, a hill exercising consultation and 2 elementary runs. I run 6-7 days each week, I incredibly have an optionally available undemanding/off day that i'm able to take off if my physique feels it, or in basic terms run undemanding and relax that day. look on the hyperlink..that is going to enable you to! stable success!
