people are idiots. start off slow. if u can only do a lap do it as fast as u can and take a break. watever u do dont give up. it takes about two weeks to get into a rythym and start liking it. a good motivator is to run with someone that already runs. build up slowly and try to ignore little aches and pains. if it is severe injuries go ot the doctors and take a little break off

If your good at short distance it isn't that different. Since your so used to running short distance Im sure your body is so used to letting all your energy out in one time. So try to run slower and not so fast. Take short steps. I ran 3 miles the other day just go slow. It doesn;t take as long as you would think.

go for a jog, when you get tired, walk. when you have got your breath back, try jogging again. slowly build up doing this and within a short time, youll be able to run round the block.

nicely, first i might propose which you initiate on a treadmill, some say and from very own use i might say that its extremely much less extreme. i might additionally propose which you initiate determining, doing calf workouts, and so on, to construct up your legs and get in shape. Ab artwork outs might additionally be very effective with the aid of fact a brilliant sort of working demands that portion of the physique. so as ur working on the treadmill progressively strengthen your speed and artwork out on a every day foundation. as quickly as you may attain a definite time issues will grow to be organic and you'd be waiting to run 3-4 to eve 6 miles. attempt even getting on a treadmill motorbike. which will practice you ways to lose quite some energy.

You can't learn it. There is nothing to learn. But what you can do is build up your stamina and fitness so that you can do longer distances. Running for less than 20 mins in one session is a waste of time. Look to doing about 1 hour at a time. Ideally three times a week.
